Penn Forest Elementary was just one of many schools in the valley to stage a fall festival as the leaves started to turn and temperatures dipped. The annual “Pumpkins on the Playground” held last week meant free games and food, performances by the Cave Spring High School band, hay rides and, of course, lots of pumpkins.
