Sabrina’s Place is a supervised visitation and exchange center developed and funded in conjunction with the City of Roanoke to prevent violence from occurring between family members during the exchange of children. The program is not only vital to the well-being of those it serves, but is an integral part of the region’s court system and City of Roanoke as a whole.
